WEEK 3 (19th Sep - 25th Sep)

 

 

  • Attended the group meeting

  • Established the mission and vision of the finance and legal department

  • Researched the legal requirement for the European and Non-European students

  • Defined the deadlines in the next two weeks for the upcoming tasks

  • Discussed with the CEO for the students' visa

  • Developed my dashboard

  • Updated my department board on the Trello

 

 

WEEK 4 (26th Sep - 2nd Oct)

 

 

  • Finished the action plan for the finance and legal department for the next 14 weeks

  • Developed and edited the mission and vision to be more realistic

  • Participated with the tasks from the communication department on LinkedIn

  • Develop my dashboard

  • Updated my department board on the Trello

 

 

WEEK 5 (3rd Oct - 9th Oct)

 

 

  • Attended the group meeting

  • Completed 100% of personal styles and skills on the Praditus

  • Developed communication skills with Manon and Natalie

  • Provided the legal information for part-time working in Paris with the team

  • Meeting with the finance and legal assistant manager for the final objectives

  • Developed my dashboard

  • Updated the department board on the Trello

 

 

WEEK 6 (10th Oct - 16th Oct)

 

 

  • Attended the group meeting

  • Meeting with the Professor Deharo Gaelle, the expertise of legal and law, in the topics of trademark, patents, contract of association, and partnership agreement.

  • Reported the meeting details to the CEO

  • Drafting the partnership agreement

  • Completed the tasks received from the communication department

  • Developed my dashboard

  • Updated the department board on the Trello

  • Revised the final objectives

  • Prepared the examination

 

 

WEEK 7 (17th Oct - 23rd Oct)

 

 

  • Finished the Mid-term exam

  • Completed the first 360 evaluation for everyone in the organization including myself

  • Submitted the partnership agreement to the partnership manager

  • Discussed and problem-solved with the teammate for the partnerships

  • Developed my dashboard

  • Updated the department board on the Trello

WEEK 8 (24th Oct - 30th Oct)

 

 

  • Attending the group meeting 

  • Helping the communication department for increasing the number of followers and likes

  • Receiving feedback from the first  360 evaluation department

  • Noticed what could be my strengths and weaknesses from the feedback

  • Developed my dashboard

  • Updated the department board on the Trello

 

 

WEEK 9 (31st Oct - 6th Nov)

 

 

  • Attending the group meeting

  • Completing the personal information on the Trello to be used on the team page

  • Submit the personal dashboard link to the Trello to be used on the team page

  • Helping the team to plan the process of students' approach 

  • Developed my dashboard

  • Updated the department board on the Trello

 

 

WEEK 10 (7th Nov - 13rd Nov)

 

 

  • Attending the group meeting

  • Evaluated all the members in the final 360 evaluation

  • Helping the communication department to reach the target on our social media pages

  • Helping the team to find more students through the private Facebook group "Thai students in Paris"

  • Developed my dashboard

  • Updated the department board on the Trello

 

 

WEEK 11 (14th Nov - 20th Nov)

 

 

  • Attending the group meeting

  • Preparing the final presentation

  • Receiving the final 360 evaluation feedback

  • Working on the personal and department evaluation

  • Measuring the competencies that are developed during the whole term

  • Developed my dashboard

  • Updated the department board on the Trello

 

 

WEEK 12 (21st Nov - 27th Nov)

 

 

  • Attending the group meeting before the class

  • Preparing the final presentation with the team members

  • Replying to the Thai students who need help for finding a part-time job

WEEK 13 (28th Nov - 4th Dec)
